Woe is me!

Feeling rather bleaughhh for the last couple of days, which is such a bore. Not that anyone loves being ill, but it probably makes me angrier than the average person. Even when it's a simple cold (like now), I feel so damn angry the whole time that I'm sniffling and coughing - it's just gross & inconvenient, ugh! It's also that stage were you feel absolutely horrible, but don't demonstrably look/sound terrible (i.e. a hacking cough), so no visable reason not to be in work... Sigh.

To top it all, my car has conveniently decided to pack it in, in my moment of greatest need. Having to walk 1/2 hour to the bus stop whilst sneezing pathetically hasn't been great for morale!

Anyway. Enough whingeing. A trip to York is planned for Saturday morning, and I will be well. I'll eat a whole damn vitamin c factory if I have to. The other half got me some 'Percy Pig Tails' (which contain 'pork gelatine', aptly enough), I reckon they probably have some vitamins in them, any excuse really to lie on the Sofa watching 'Star Trek' and shovel them down my gob!
